There is a balance to be struck here, and it has nothing to do with your coach. The balance is yours and comprises these two things:
- Affordability
- Investment enough to ensure commitment
The minimum investment must be low enough to be accessible but high enough to ensure homework gets done.
Some of what follows is negotiable, but here’s the one thing that isn’t: You (not your company or your dad or your girlfriend) pay for your sessions.
